Just in time for Valentine's Day, there's a lovely, new bakery in the Miami Design District. Thomas Worhach owns and operates the bakery along with his wife, Karina. Tom, a CIA grad, and pastry chef with 30 years of experience personally handles all of the baking. Before opening BSweet he spent time working in kitchens across the US at Hotel Bel-Air, two Ritz Carlton properties (Houston and Philly), and close to home, the Four Seasons West Palm Beach.
