In celebration of this year’s annual Design Commission, Rock | Roll by architect and designer Germane Barnes, friends, family and guests got together under the arches of Jade Alley to raise their glasses to the neighborhood’s newest public art. The afternoon ended with a special tour of the installations by Germane himself.
