What amenities are included with my stay?
Each stay is designed to offer seamless access to the best of the District. Guests enjoy unlimited access to The Club and private workspace, dedicated concierge and butler service, and 24-hour in-room dining. Wellness is integrated through preferred access to Anatomy Fitness, while cultural programming and exclusive experiences, including personal shopping through Styled by MDD, bring the neighborhood to you.
What are the check-in and check-out policies?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, with check-out at 12:00 PM. A valid government-issued ID and the credit card used to secure the reservation are required upon arrival. Guests must be 18 years or older to book and stay.
To cover incidentals, a hold of $250 per night will be placed on the provided credit card. Early arrival and late departure may be arranged based on availability, with guaranteed options offered for an additional fee depending on the date and room type.
What is the cancellation policy?
Reservations may be canceled up to 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of the deposit. Please note that seasonal and rate-specific policies may vary.
Early departures are subject to a fee equivalent to one night’s stay plus applicable taxes.
