Ready to make this Valentine's Day one for the books? The Miami Design District has all the ingredients for a perfect celebration - from starlit dinners to sweet treats and unexpected adventures. Here's your guide to making hearts flutter this February.

ROMANTIC DINING A DEUX

Love speaks many languages in the District, but food might just be the most romantic of all. Our restaurants are cooking up Valentine's magic that would make Cupid himself book a table.

At Michelin-starred Le Jardinier, romance blooms twice on Valentine's Day. Lunch ($95) sparkles with tuna crudo and braised beef short rib, while dinner ($140) is a four-course symphony featuring roasted beet salad and Faroe Island salmon. Wine pairings are available for both because what's love without a bit of sparkle?

Contessa Miami invites you to fall in love Italian style. Their Valentine's menu ($125) reads like a love letter to Northern Italian cuisine - from delicate squash blossoms filled with crab to spicy lobster rigatoni that'll make your heart skip a beat. Save room for Nutella fudge cake because chocolate is always the answer.

The Moore Building's Elastika proves modern American cuisine can sweep you off your feet. Their Valentine's menu ($135) stars King Crab & Endive Salad and Seared Diver Scallops. Want to really impress? Add Royal Osetra Caviar - because sometimes more is more.

Michael's Genuine Food & Drink, the neighborhood's beloved James Beard award-winner, keeps the romance real with dishes that make you want to share bites across the table. Their prix-fixe menu ($135) features crowd-pleasers like hamachi crudo and banana leaf-wrapped short rib, ending sweetly with dark chocolate pot de crème.

SWEET MOMENTS

Start your day on a rosy note with Pura Vida's Heart Beet Latte, available starting February 5th. This pink-hued creation blends beet powder, cardamom, vanilla, and oat milk - perfect for posting or toasting to love.

For dessert seekers, Kith Treats has created The Sweetheart (available February 8-23) - a dessert made for two that puts every other ice cream date to shame. Picture this: chocolate ice cream swirled with Cocoa Puffs and brownie bites, fresh strawberries, chocolate cake crunch, chocolate drizzle, and whipped cream. Sharing required, but you won't mind.

GIFTS FROM THE HEART

Need a gift that says "you're sweet"? Ladurée's Valentine's Day box ($72) houses 15 perfect macarons in a pink and gold heart-shaped box that's almost too pretty to open. Or snag Maman's heart-shaped cookie box ($60), filled with their famous treats, including the swoon-worthy white chocolate raspberry rose cookies.

Make it personal at Baccarat (February 12-13, 12-5 PM), where they'll hand-engrave your Baccarat Rouge 540 bottle while you sip champagne and nibble on light bites. Now, that's what we call shopping in style.

CREATIVE DATE IDEAS

Turn gift shopping into an adventure at Tropic Bound (February 6-9), where you'll find unique artists' books and creative works from over 90 exhibitors. Make it a full art-filled day by joining the Public Art Tour on February 8th (11 AM-12 PM), where you'll explore the neighborhood’s best public pieces like the Buckminster Fuller Fly's Eye Dome and Virgil Abloh's Dollar a Gallon.

WELLNESS & SELF-CARE

Turn Valentine's Day morning into a mindful date at Ahana Yoga Studio. Skip the usual roses and start with a stretch - their five different class styles welcome first-timers and experienced yogis. Plus, it's a great excuse to grab that Heart Beet Latte at Pura Vida afterward.
