Deeply rooted in American style cuisine David Bracha's new restaurant, Oak Tavern is offering a new take on simple dining.
Enter via the courtyard where you'll be welcomed by a grand oak dotted with small, golden lanterns creating a dimly lit, romatic ambiance. Inside you'll find sleek, dark leather banquettes, and a large table for 20.
Happy hour begins at 4:30pm with stone crab crostini, bahn mi sandwiches, deviled eggs. Given David's background at the River Oyster Bar, expect an array of oysters starting at $2.50 each. Also on menu, small plates of charred lamb ribs, wood-grilled swordfish, and sea scallops a la plancha. No happy hour would be complete without wines, cocktails, and a list of craft beers, including Jai-Alai, a local IPA from Tampa.
Cheers to the new, local, Oak.
