Istituto Marangoni Miami and Miami Design District Launch Full Scholarship at Annual Fashion Show. Istituto Marangoni Miami (IMM) and the Miami Design District (MDD) will debut the IMM x MDD Scholarship Fund — a full-tuition bachelor’s scholarship supporting local talent — during IMM’s Annual Fashion Show, Volare, on May 15 at Palm Court.
Now in its second year, Volare will showcase final collections from IMM fashion design students, celebrating creativity, craftsmanship, and ambition. Inspired by themes of flight and freedom, the show represents the students’ transition into the professional world of fashion.
The Annual Fashion Show reflects IMM’s mission to build community and support emerging creatives. With the backing of the Miami Design District and collaboration from Freedom Models and the Godina Worldwide Team on casting, hair, and makeup, the event showcases student talent while benefiting from industry expertise. As it grows, the show highlights a dedication to creativity, education, and philanthropy. With a special performance by the Miami Symphony Orchestra and a focus on innovation and community, Volare promises to be a standout night in Miami’s fashion calendar.
