“Partite,” the public presentation of YoungArts’ collaborative residency program, In Process: Homecoming, features a mixed media installation by artists-in-residence James Allister Sprang (2008 Winner in Visual Arts) and Julie Zhu (2008 Winner in Visual Arts). Together, the artists combine sculpture, photography and sound to create artistic tensions akin to those reflected in today’s America.
