EXPRESSIONS: Mental Health It’s not Taboo

Breaking the taboo of mental health. Dr. Kelly Brogan, Holistic Psychiatrist, Christiana Serle, Mindfulness Consultant and  Dr. Summer Sullivan, Psychologist, Intuitive Energy Healer joined in The Miami Design District  to discuss mindfulness, unique practices and energy healing while embracing our vulnerability in the shift of mental health in everyday life.
