This exhibition of works by Pedro Pérez (born Cuba, 1951) brings together paintings, drawings, and wall reliefs spanning five decades of the artist’s career. The first survey of Pérez’s work in 25 years, “Pedro Pérez: Back the Same Day” debuts a series of daily drawings the artist has been developing since the mid-2000s, in conversation with a painting from 1976, currently in the collection of the NSU Museum of Art, Fort Lauderdale. Curated by Karen Grimson.
