Nami Nori is a Japanese restaurant specializing in open-style hand rolls. Inspired by modern, beach houses and traditional Japanese residences, Nami Nori Design District has a bright and airy dining room and patio with neutral shades of sandy brown, cream and dusty rose found throughout. Chefs Sakaeda and Lee offer open-style temaki, alongside Japanese-inspired starters and snacks.
Upstairs you will find Matsuyoi, a Japanese restaurant offering a seasonally rotating, multi-course menu from Chef Sakaeda, centered around Nami Nori’s signature open-style temaki. With a 10-seat chef's counter accessed through sliding doors just past an intimate cocktail bar and lounge, Matsuyoi offers distinctive temaki with nori toasted to order, fresh wasabi and luxurious ingredients. Complementing Chef Sakaeda’s menu is an optional beverage pairing with sake and wine, and a cocktail program that highlights Japanese ingredients and fine spirits. Cocktails include Indigo Blue with Ten to One Dark Rum infused with forbidden black rice, Everlasting Roots sake, and toasted rice syrup; Get Lucky with Roku Gin, Midori liqueur, nigori sake, sudachi and green apple; among others.
