Miami’s Design District Now Totals 1 Million Square Feet

As art lovers descend on Miami for Art Basel this month, they are finding a greatly expanded Miami Design District, totaling 1 million square feet worth of cultural institutions, public art, restaurants and shops—about twice that of a year ago.
