Bradley Kilgore To Open Cocktail Lounge Kaido In The Miami Design District
PAIGE MASTRANDREAStoried chef Bradley Kilgore‘s Kilgore Culinary has announced its newest venture, Kaido—an intimate cocktail lounge located in the illustrious Miami Design District. In November 2018, the new destination will debut in the brand-new Paradise Plaza located within the posh district where guests can enjoy Asian and Japanese-inspired libations and bites.
The cozy Tokyo-style den will feature creative cocktails from in-house mixologist Nico de Sotoalong with Asian dishes from Kilgore. Kilgore is most revered within the dining scene of Miami for his innovative eatery, Alter, located nearby in Wynwood—which received a nod from the prestigious Michelin Guide as being “on the road to Michelin” and has played host to a number of Michelin-starred chefs such as three-Michelin-starred chef Erik Enderson of Coi last month. Kaido serves as Kilgore’s first foray into the swanky neighborhood, followed by his anticipated dining concept Ember set to open a few months later in 2019.
