The Miami Design District is the first development in the world in its class to achieve the prestigious LEED for Neighborhood Development (LEED ND): Built v4 Gold Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. To celebrate this honor, a virtual panel was held with the CEO of the U.S. Green Building Council, Mahesh Ramanujam; Craig Robins, Dacra CEO and President; Vincent Férat, L Catterton Managing Director, Asset Management; and David Holtzman, Dacra Senior Vice President of Development. Spinnaker Group President Jonathan Burgess moderated this discussion of the Miami Design District’s commitment to innovation, resilience and responsible use of resources.
