Last Friday, Paradise Plaza turned into a massive hub for the creator ecosystem. The sibling duo Vale and Sebastian Genta brought their NextGen Creators event to the neighborhood, debuting a brand new Spring Session format.
The event was designed to feel intimate and impactful, bringing together founders, digital marketing pioneers, and local creators for a full afternoon of programming right here in the Miami Design District.
The Business of Influence
You cannot really talk about building a sustainable digital business without mentioning Gary Vaynerchuk, so they brought him in to headline the day. The VaynerMedia CEO sat down for a fireside chat that dug into where entrepreneurship is actually heading right now. Instead of just surface level advice, the conversation focused on how creators can navigate a digital landscape that seems to shift completely every few months.
Since it is Women’s Month, the schedule also featured a powerhouse panel dedicated to female founders. Cindy Prado of Prado Jewels, IGK Hair brand president Anne Cecile Brilland, and Influur creator Fefi Oliveira took the stage to talk about making the jump from creator to CEO. They broke down the realities of scaling a brand and what it actually takes to build a company that outlasts a trend cycle.

Networking – But Make it Fun
Beyond the panels, the afternoon was set up for actual connecting IRL. Brands like Anastasia Beverly Hills, Touchland, and Reset Lab hosted interactive activations throughout the space.
The food and drink lineup was just as curated, featuring bites from neighborhood favorites like Sofia and maman, plus El Turco and Happea’s. Guests spent the breaks grabbing Colada Joe coffee or drinks from Lalo Tequila while digesting the day's advice.
The venue choice was not an accident, either. Vale Genta noted that the neighborhood’s creative, forward-thinking energy was exactly the right vibe for a creator community trying to figure out what comes next.
