With a new season comes a great new selection of drinks from The District, the popular eatery on the edge of the Miami Design District.

The District Cocktail

Utilizing fresh ingredients that are abundant this time of year in South Florida, the restaurant has revamped it popular cocktail menu to reflect seasonal flavors. Interesting new concoctions include the Bloody Gin, which is a mash up between a traditional Pisco Sour and a mimosa, made with blood orange, champagne and egg whites.

The District Cocktail: Cucumber Rose

Another refreshing drink option is the Cucumber Rose made with citron vodka, apple liqueur, peach brandy, rose water and cucumber. Since it is almost time for the Kentucky Derby it’s only appropriate to have a julep on the menu with its Buenavista Basil Julep made with Bulliet rye whiskey, basil and honey syrup.

The craft cocktail drinks are usually $14 per drink, but during the Spring they’ll be offered for only $10 during Saturday and Sunday brunch. They perfectly complement many of the restaurant’s popular brunch items like the Guava French Toast, Pineapple Pancakes, Make-Your-Own Benedict and Steak and Eggs.

Thirsty? Visit The District at 190 NE 46th Street and make sure to check out their Saturday and Sunday brunch from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m.
