For the first time, Miami's beloved chef known best for his straightforward, delicious food at flagship restaurant Michael's Genuine Food & Drink, teaches a series of cooking classes. Hosted after hours at Ella, his Miami Design District café, the series introduces three different themes with Schwartz guiding students through the basics in an intimate setting with one-on-one attention. $125 all inclusive per person, per event, each cooking class brings a three course meal, signature cocktail, wine & beer, and take home gift. Max 26 people per event!
Second up is Pasta, from dough to table, on Thursday, July 12, from 7-10pm. Inspired by techniques and ingredient combinations from Schwartz's kitchens including Michael's Genuine and Fi'lia at SLS Brickell and in the Bahamas, recipes offer students a solid introduction to making amazing pasta at home.
