Beginning Tuesday, March 24, Brad Kilgore will turn his celebrated Wynwood restaurant Alter into AlterQ, a special BBQ focused menu + much more available for curbside takeout and delivery daily from 12PM - 9PM. The shop will offer specialty sandwiches, appetizers, snacks, a Butcher Shop, cooked meats, batched cocktail mixers, dry goods and household items, and beer, wine and liquor.
